Contact forms

Contact forms and direct emails will give us access to your name and email. This will be protected by standard email security routines.

Newsletter sign-up

If you sign up to our newsletter, we will hold your name and email address for the purposes of sending you the newsletter until you choose to unsubscribe. This will be held securely by our email service provider, Campaignmonitor, and will not be processed further without your consent.

Purchases

When you make a purchase on this site, we require your name, shipping address, billing address and payment details. These details are held and processed by our ecommerce and payments providers, WooCommerce and Stripe, and will not be processed by us outside of acknowledging and shipping your order(s). 

Embedded content from other websites

Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, audio, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. Websites we use to embed content include: Soundcloud, Campaignmonitor.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Analytics

We track visits to the site, how much time is spent on each page, what links are clicked, etc. We do not have access to personal data on each visitor, but it is likely that Google is tracking this information independently.

We will not share your data with anyone other than the automated services (spam filters, etc.) we have installed, and our ecommerce, payment and email service providers.

How long we retain your data

If you give us your email address through a contact form, we will keep it until the string of contact is completed. If you sign up for a newsletter, we will retain your contact information until you unsubscribe. If you make a purchase, we will retain your order information for at least one year.

What rights you have over your data

If you have contacted us via a form on this site, you can request to receive a file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
